I need help burning dvds

i downloaded dvd shrink to shrink dvds icouldnt fit on 4.8 gb dvd blanks i encoded the dvd but i cant figure out how to burn now i have nti cd/dvd maker. shrink wants me get nero but i dont want to pay what can i do?
