Voxware Metasound 75 cannot install

Hello,
I followed the instructions to install Voxware Metasound but when I uncompress the files from "VoxWare_MSA_CoDec.zip", I cannot find the "voxacm.inf" file so I cannot install the codec.
Can someone please tell me where I can get this file from ?
