LAME ACM Help

I have LAME ACM 3.98 Alpha 11 installed... I beleive ever since 3.97 it has supported recording multiple streams at the same time...
I'm running Windows 2000 Server and when I try to record multiple streams I get an error that multiple stream recording is not supported by the current version of my codec. Using other codecs it works fine. I've tried removing all traces of LAME and reinstalling, but still no luck... Any help with this is greatly apprecaited!!
