Im trying to play a DVD movie I bought at the shops on Windows Media Player 9.
Even though I have ffdshow, I am unable to play the movie in WMP9, due to a copyright error.
Is anyone else experiencing this problem ?
I have ffdshow MPEG 4 Video Decoder, the one which was released on 24th Jan

Guys
I installed the ffdshow which was released on 28th of August 2006 (rev 2546) and it solved my problem.
When you go to the screen where there is a list of codecs to select, choose MPEG-2 decoding. This automatically highlights a sub-option called MPEG-2 DVD decoding.
More than likely its this MPEG-2 DVD decoding option which was enabling me to watch my purchased DVD in Windows Media Player 9 ???
Ive attached a word doc below with a picture of the options you should see.
