Help
I received a HDD media player for Xmas and thought this would save me all the hassle of converting AVI and other file types to DVD discs. Sadly, when I connect this player to my TV (which is admittedly quite old), most files play in monochrome. A few are OK, regardless of type. When I connect the player to my portable DVD player, all files play in full colour. Presumably one answer would be to buy a new TV. Is there any simple way of editing files to ensure that they are in a the right format (right codecs?) for my TV?
