Hello
I want to convert wav file into mp3 file. but I could not deal with 'GSM 06.10' codec by any famous tools like ffmpeg, sox and lame.
I know some desktop encode tools makes this be enabled, but I need to covert from Linux terminal.
Thank you for your advice in advance.
