windows explorer crash.... culprit???

This problem was caused by MPEG 2 Demultiplexor. MPEG 2 Demultiplexor was created by Elecard Ltd..


Hi all,
havnt a clue when or how i managed to aquire this software, but apparently its responsible for crashing explorer.
This is my first pc and i aint as well versed at sorting these things out as i would like to be but i hope you guys can help- the crashes themselves seem to be getting worse-
problem is i think i deleted the folder that the uninstall was in
help???

Disable thumbnailing in Explorer:

Start -> Run -> regsvr32 /u shmedia.dll
