No Sound in some ASF files!! Some ACM Problem!!

Here is what I get when I try to play some Video or Audio ASF files .. in Video ones .. the Video plays .. but no Sound .. in sound only ones .. obvoiusly .. NOTHING!! ::

Are you using WMP9 or 10 to play the file? ASF is an internet streaming file. Sounds like you have codec conflict or improperly installed drivers.

Make sure have latest WMP media codec pack:
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsme...ecdownload.aspx

Recommend using WMP10 with WINXP if don't have it.

Also, make sure have latest DirectX 9
