I got here through codecs.com trying to find a solution to
"How to fix "Class not registered" or 80040154 error"
I tried registering quartz.dll but that didn't help.
I'm using Windows media player 9 on Windows 98 SE
It seems I'm missing a codec to view this MPG file type
HELP
I downloaded and installed AVICODEC 1.2 with same results
