how to change aspect ratio of .mp4 files freeware

Is there any freeware that can change the aspect ratio of .mp4 files?
I converted my rm files (16:9) with Any Video Converter (free version) to mp4 format. but the ratio of the mp4 files are 4:3, is there any freeware that can change back the aspect ratio of these mp4 files?
