In Windows Media Player?

1. Source filter for MP4, M4V, M4A - example Haali Media Splitter.

2. Decoder AAC - example ffdshow or CoreAAC.

If You want play raw AAC (not in MP4 container) - example DC-Bass Source Filter.

Of course You can play M4A/AAC in Winamp or foobar2000 without additional codecs or filters.
