I Have downloaded the All-in-One Codec and it caused me some problems.

I Have this torrent Downloaded:
http://www.mininova.org/tor/721372 (Lost Season 3)
Before installing Codec i could watch episodes fine, but after installing codec, for some obscure reason i wasnt able to read episode 4. So i unstalled All-in-One Codec and was able again to watch it.
Does someone knows Why ?
