k-lite mega vs vista codec pack x64

Which is better (formats supported, stability etc) in an x64 environment? K-lite or VLC?

Hello there, I have tried vista codec pack and had no success whatsoever with it. However I did have much better results with k-lite, and would recommend it to anyone using vista searching for codecs. Good luck! Doug
