Hi everyone. I'm new here.
I'v got this problem with some files.
A friend gave me some files that are wierd and I dont know how to play them. I know they are Video files, but I'm not sure what to do with them or how to view them. The icon is just a normal windows icon and no program is connected with these files (not anything I have on my computer right now)
It is an assortment of:
.BUP
.IFO
.VOB
There are mostly VOB in there (and they are the only big ones - it is about 13 Giga all together)
It starts out as a couple of individual files and then goes into groups of:
.BUP
.IFO
(each is the same size)
and then 2
.VOB
files that are bigger but vary in size.
What am I looking at? And how do I watch this? Is there a program I should download? Should I burn it into a cd or dvd or something?
Please help me out!

Those files are the contents of a DVD.
If you open the video_ts.ifo file in Media Player Classic then you can play the DVD.

Thanks. I managed to understand what to do with it.
I used Folder2Iso and made it an image and then burned it and I can view it in my DVD.
