Help With MP3

Hi



I run winxp and have C media 3d audio drivers 5.12.01.0041.3(39B)........i Have also configured my pc for 5.1 audio...When i play mp3 files i get audio on all 5 channels....can this be changed so that i get output on only 2 front channels???
( i use WMP for mp3 and media player classic(K lite mega codec) for videos.....
