Hi everybody:

I have Windows vista home premium as Os, and I try to install k-lite coded megapack v3.5.3, I am running as Admin, but I got error message:

Error writing to registry key - HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Media Type\extensions\.mp3
RegsetvalueEx failed; code 5
Access Denied.

That happens in security permissions for a registry key are broken.

Run the Registry Editor program (regedit.exe) and navigate to the key. Right-click and select 'Permissions'. Then make sure that the Administrators group has 'Full Control'.
