cant get in Bios During the start up wont let me get in Bios

I have a laptop P2 and I need to format, so I need to go in the Bios, to make it boot from cd. So when I am trying to get in Bios by pressing delete when booting, the machine still boot the window. Can any friend help me in this problem, by suggest what I have to do to get in the Bios.

Would help if we knew what manufacturer and model of PC you have.

Try hitting F1, F2, del etc. upon bootup at the right time. Perhaps, this link will help you:
