Media Player Classic and Cisco Security Agent

We are running Cisco Security Agent and attempting to run Media Player Classic 6.4.9.1. It does not launch, it doesn't do anything, no errors, nothing in CSA's log, nothing.

If we uninstall CSA, it runs fine.

Anyone have any ideas????
