Message saying "Mistake"

Dear Sirs,
I downloaded freedvd mp3 ripper 1.12, even if in your downloading place it was written”download free dvd mp3 ripper 1.26”; in any case when I try to use it and I put the source file I get the following message:
"L’operazione non puo’ essere eseguita perché i due pin non sono connessi ($ 80040209)”
I disinstalled and installed it many times, but I always get the same message. What does it mean? What shall I do? I would appreciate an answer from you explaining. Thanks Bianca

After unzip file, you just run installer. It will prompt you to select your language.
Seems to install fine for me on Windows VISTA.
