Please add 44100Hz 96kbits STEREO option to codec 44100Hz 96kbps Stereo option not in lameACM_3.98b6

Hi

I've been trying to get SAMS Broadcaster to work with the settings 44100Hz 96Kbps Stereo option but for some reason it does not appear in the list, neither at 48000Hz either.

Please could this be added into lameACM_3.98b6
