no sound in WMV file

there is no sound in WMV file

anybody plz tell me how to slove

i am using K-LITE CODEC PACK

MEDIA PLAYER CLASSIC VER- 6.4.9.0+

PLEASE HELP ME !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You seem to be using an old version of the codec pack. You should update to the latest version.

The pack does not contain any codecs for Windows Media. You can download the Windows Media Format Runtime package here:

Sure file is valid and complete? Not sure what O.S or WMP version you are using, but should upgrade to latest Windows Media Format Runtime. Try codec tweak tool within K-lite to fix any broken filters.

Also, make sure running latest DirectX and this problem is not just limited to WMV files.

FILE FORMAT IS VAILD

I HAVE LATEST VERSION OF DIRECT X

I ALSO TRIED THIS

codec tweak tool within K-lite to fix any broken filters.

STILL UNABLE TO HEAR A SOUND
