Corporate Codec Pack for WMP 11

I need to put a Codec Pack out on all our corporate machines so can people advise on postive negatives of some of the larger ones. Ace Nimo etc

I would like to just use the Microsoft Codec Pack but it doesnt seem to work on WMP11 any reason for that or a way around it?

Obviously as its a corporate dont want any Ad's and will just remove icons from users so they just see WMP11 and can view DVD's or media sent to them.
