I installed mt new liteon and my computer having trouble Please help

[size="3"]I installed my new liteon 52X CD-RW & 16X DVD-ROM but, my computer does not reconize it and when I try to burn a cd it says cd not in the drive. I also need the drivers for the software did not come with it. Please help me find the addy to download the drivers, I been looking and looking and can't find the drivers. I would appreciate all the help anyone could give me. . Thank you so much. [/size]

Try looking for model number on back or front of unit. Most burners don't require drivers in windows, but not sure what OS. you are using.
Is it being recognized on bootup and in bios?
