Does anyone know if it would be legal to distribute the current K-Lite Codec Pack in a commercial environment?
Together with Windows Media Player 11 in this case.

Well considered freeware codecs. Find info on website (do have a corporate version):
http://www.codecguide.com
Why distribute Media player 11 that is included with VISTA or avail. as a free upgrade in WINXP?
Otherwise check out slim version of Windows Media Player Classic.

Thanks for your feedback, it's the customer's request to use WMP 11 & K-Lite
Do you know if we can legally use K-Lite Codec Pack instead of the Corporate version?
Was not much info about this at http://www.codecguide.com, if they follow GPL it should be ok.
We have thisone ready for distribution today.
