in the Installationmenue of Ympeg 2.7 appears SDK. What does the Software Developers Kit? Do I need to install it?

SDKs are usually used to produce enhancements to the released software. Such enhancements often appear in form of plugins, where a dynamic link librarie gets attached to an application extending it's capabilities. I dont know about the software you are running, but generally, unless you plan to develop some enhancements to the software, you dont need to install the SDK.
