Download [ DivXToDVD Converter 0.5.2b - Freeware ] wont open

can anyone help me. tried downloading this file from the site and it wont open says there is a fault. is there another place i can download. i am looking for a free copy of divxtodvd converter.

I believe the converter can on only be downloaded from divx.com and isn't freeware but a free 14 day trial, can be purchased for around £10. I have it and it works like a charm.
