TalkingSoft.com Forums: Streaming Media Stopped Working- How do I fix it?! - TalkingSoft.com Forums

Hey!

Thank you too all who can help me with this problem. This is the second time my computer has acted in such a manner and it's very frustrating. For no apparent reason all streaming media found online (i.e. videos on YouTube or music on MySpace) will only load a fraction of the file and stop playing. There seems to be no reason for this, I haven't recently downloaded any new files onto my pc, I haven't adjusted my firewall settings and my virus scan comes up clean!
I've tried two things so far:
1. The first time this happened (several months ago) I brought my PC to my father's house so he can look at it. He plugged it into his internet connection and there wasn't a problem. He was able to load media.
2. More recently (the 2nd time this has happened) it was suggested that I update my Adobe Flash Player, which I did, and still it has not corrected my problem.
I'm frustrated and am at my end, can someone please help!!!!
