ASDF is somewhat biased... since he works on and endorses K-lite. 
To answer your question... YES, ACE mega codec pack contains audio/video codecs/decoders, Media Player Filters, Media Players and other Utilities.
I don't use it, but it can be found here:

I'm just a long-time K-lite user.
Some facts:
ACE contains a lot of codecs that you will never need. And more does not mean better, but the opposite.
It contains several buggy codecs, that can cause crashes, memory corruption, and broken playback.
It is extremely outdated.
