Here's what I would do:
1) Make sure all the movies are in the same MPEG format, if they are not, convert them to MPEG.
Here are some liks that may help:
http://fileforum.betanews.com/browse/Multi...0&sortby=rating
http://www.snapfiles.com/freeware/gmm/fwvideconvert.html
2) Join the MPEG files into one MPEG file using the following program:
http://www.snapfiles.com/get/sfj.html
or
http://www.peretek.com/sfj.php
3) Comvert and burn the MPEG file to DVD using this program:
http://fileforum.betanews.com/detail/DVDBuilder/1098727391/1
or
http://www.keronsoft.com/dvdbuilder.html
There may be a simpler way, but this is the only way I figured out to do so.

I'd use nerovision express. It allows you to place miltiple titles on 1 disc, at the exspense of quality mind, cos you have to compress them down(or expand to mpeg then compress em). But in fairness the quality is actually quite good. youd have to have a fairly powerful computer too cos it'll take ages on an older computer. Something like a 1ghz processor would be quik enof i thunk. hope that helps.

try ulead video studeo to reformat your ts movies to mpeg then combine all movies together saving to a folder then use ulead movie factory to convert mpeg to dvd playable mpegs. You can get about 5-6 hours of movies on one dvd/r
