Please help with copying recorded audio files to iTunes

Hi all,

Can I pretty please have some help. I'm able to record and save the audio (specifically playback radio shows). However, only able to playback using VLC media player and cannot copy file to iTunes. Very frustrated! Thanks!

oops sorry, forgot to say that I recorded the audio using OpD2d. Thanks.

Well what audio format are the files? rolleyes.gif
Need to convert into format that is rocognized by iTunes i.e. Apple's MPeg4 or AAC format.

Thanks. i used Op2Dd to record the audio and according to the file properties it says it is an mp3 (?!)
