I have a 16:10 wide screen monitor, and when I had Ace mega codec pack there was a clear difference between these two settings

Touch Window from Inside/Outside in MP Classic

at Touch Window from Inside - 16:9 video had form left/right up/down black borders, displaying the video smaller but sharper, which I liked

at Touch Window from Outside -16:9 video would stretch left-right keeping the correct aspect ratio but with small black borders up down- good for higher quality video

Now with Klite and the same MP Classic (and I tried with a few other versions)

at Touch Window from Inside - its basicaly "Touch Window from Outside" from Ace Mega CP - 16:9 video stretches left-right keeping the correct aspect ratio

at Touch Window from Outside - 16:9video stretches Up and Down thus cutting small bits from left and right

I tried every setting and nothing solves the problem.
