I have tried to convert some flv to avi. They are pretty long files, from 01:30:00 and up. I have tried using different programs, Magic Video Converter, FLV to AVI MPEG WMV 3GP MP4 iPod Converter, even flv extract. But all of them cut the video at 01:13:12. I tried expanding virtual memory, I tried restarting my computer - nothing seems to work.
What should I do?

This is very strange. Mind you, I do it the other way around: AVI to FLV. I use Ultra FLV for that. I even did a 3 hr and 20 min one once. I have done some from FLV to AVI (DivX) but they weren't too long. I use Ultra Joiner for many things, and it has always worked. I tried the Magic series, and thought they were crappy. Ulra Joiner will also clip videos, as well as join and convert. You can get a cracked version as a BitTorrent. I'd give it a try.

BTW, even though I do a lot of meddling with Audios and Videos, I've never had to dork with the computer or Windoze. How long are these videos of yours in MB?

Have you tried flash to video convertor by geovid? it's a pretty powerful program, must work well
