Hi everyone

I need to install some codecs to watch movies on my PC, and I heard that these two codec packs are the most recommended at the moment. but, it seems like they are just the same. or it just looks like this? who is the better one and why?

ffdshow is not a codec pack. It is a DirectShow filter for decoding various audio/video formats. To play video files you need more than just ffdshow.

The K-Lite Codec pack contains ffdshow as one of its main components.
