Hello.
I'm new to the board.
I recently purchased Audio DVD Creator from Goland Tech, version 1.9.1.0. This program allows you to burn WAV files to an audio DVD. The program website says it will burn FLAC files as well as others if you download the proper decoder.
"DVDIdle Support Team" is the group offering support. The tech person recommended I download the FLAC decoder from this site, FLAC 1.2.1b. I downloaded it and while setting it up had it set to open with the Audio DVD Creator program. When I imported FLAC files to burn, I got the message "Format not supported." I've asked the support team what I might be doing wrong, even asked what steps I should take once the FLAC decoder is downloaded, but have not received guidance.
When you open Audio DVD Creator, I select "File," then go to "Audio DVD Creator Tools." Under Audio DVD Creator Tools is two folder options: 1) "Convert ADC Project" and 2) "Convert Audio File."
Under "Convert Audio File" is the output selections:
a. WAV
b. ac3
c. mp3
d. AAC, mp4,m4A
e. ogg
There is no FLAC selection.
So my question is, how do I configure the FLAC decoder to make it work with the program. I also want to keep the audio files lossless, I don't want to convert them to a lossy format in order to get them to work.
Has anybody used Audio DVD Creator?
