hai to all i need a good audio converter to convert my mp3 file 128kps to 320kps,with gud clarity softwares plz any 1 share here

Why? You files will only get bigger. The quality won't become any better. You need a high quality input file for 320kps to be useful.

The clarity usually suffers on such a conversion. I would generally aim for 192kbps and try for a lower sample rate, especially when networking the stream.
