I was try the k-lite codec pack old version before ,there was no any issue .But last week I try the k-lite codec pack new version k-lite codec pack 4.8.0. Then the trouble appear .
When I play the x264 mkv file , sometimes the Media Player Classic (I will call it mpc later)was crash or the video was hold on but the audio also playing . And then , no subtitles , ffdshow video decoder not running ,directvobsub not running too .
Fortunately , My windows media player also playing x264 , with ffdshow video decoder ,directvobsub …… but I don’t like wmplayer , I also hopes the file can play in mpc.
Fortunately again ,avi file running normally in mpc ,with directvobsub …… ,maybe be the problem only in mkv ,I tried updata Haali , but the problem still exist.

Something I need explain , why my wmplayer can play the mkv ,because I install the expand codec for wmplayer from old version k-lite codec pack .
At last , anyone can help me solve my problem .
