Hi all,
I work on Final Cut and I have 2 minute Quick Time movie ( 10 MB ) that I want to send by mail to my clients that have PC (windows media player).
What is the best way to convert to AVI ?
What is the best compressor for it ? ( I have MPEG Streamclip and Dv Kitchen applications )
Of-curse I need a small file with best quality . (sending by mail !)
I try to export to AVI with MPEG Streamclip and the file became huge !!!
The settings: Apple Photo - Jpeg Compression , 50% Quality , 480x360 Frame Size and the file (QT-H.264, 10 MB) became 60 MB !!!!!!! Why ????
I have good quality and size Quick time mov with H.264 codec, the problem is that not all my clients have this codec on there Pc... ( I have a Mac )
Please help me to solve this problem.
Thanks a lot,
Ran.

Stick with Apple Quicktime .MOV format... since there is a Windows version.
Otherwise, there is Quicktime alternative...Media Player Classic.

Hello.
You can download "Format Factory" (http://www.formatoz.com/), try change his AVI options and test the final quality.
(Is a windows software)
