DVD43 - one of the download links is not working

The top download link on this page is not working - the bottom one is.

I have tried and it's working properly . As per my knowledge it's not working with any particular features . If possible then mention here more about like errors , system configuration etc . so knowledgeable person can giving you appropriate answer ,
