Hi! I was wondering if I can find some help here regarding my mkv file. I've played numerous mkv's before, but I've come across some that have shadows, lines or some uneven colors in the picture. But in some computers, this problem doesn't seem to happen. I'm using an Intel Core 2 Quad CPU Q9300 @ 2.50Ghz with 2Gb RAM, windows XP SP3. I also have K-Lite Codec installed with Media Player Classic.

Here are some samples of my problems:

and

what do you guys think could be the problem?

Thank you very much!

It is most likely a bug in your graphics driver.

You might be able to work around the bug by disabling the internal H.264 (DXVA) decoder in Media Player Classic.

Have you looked if a newer version of your graphics driver is available? That is the first thing you should do.

Another possible workaround is to change the video renderer in MPC.
