Can I install PSP Video 9 together with Mega K-Lite Codec?

I need help regarding about this 2 programs would there be a problem if I install them both? Because they both have MPEG-4 codec. Would it result to a conflict making the 2 programs not work?

Codecs do not conflict. The decoder with the highest merit will get used.
