hello I hope someone can help me out , well after I upgrade my pc from xp to windows 7 ultimate I have some problems when I play some of my personal videos ; basically I keep all my videos in my portable hard drive while I upgrade my pc ...well I transfered all mi videos already but when I played ...they are choppe or frezze or in slow motion ...how I can fix this , thanks

The problem is from a possible AV scan of the playback stream, as well as needing k-lite codec pack. Make sure you enable ac3/a52, and avc/aac playback in ffdshow. install the mpc to take full advantage of the codecs as wmp does not access all of the codecs correctly.
