Please Help me
I live in Tehran (The capital of Iran) and I tested the Codecs for watching recorded clips
from digital live TV which is now broadcasting as DVB-T (Mpeg-4, SD Format) in Tehran. There
is a problem (there is no audio) with Video Players like "Windows Media Player", "Zoom
Player" & "Media Player Classic", for playing ts files which you can see by the followings
links of two recorded clips that I've uploaded. You can download and analyze them.

There is also a TS file from New zealand DVB-T (HD Format) which is also has the above
problem (download link):

Select the DivX H.264 decoder during installation of the pack. It will work with that.

Codecs used are mp4a (MPEG4) for audio, and
h264 (MPEG4) video.
If the ts file downloaded was the same as the web media you were having trouble with, you will need k-lite codec pack for playback. On install, configure ffdshow, enabling h264 / x264 mpeg4 video playback, and mpeg4 audio playback. You can also use Videolan Player

During install, at the end, the pack will ask you to configure ffdshow. You will need to open up each tool and click to the right of each item needed but not shown as enabled The item, when you are finished should read (in video) x264 --> libav (or something similar). In audio, look for the MPEG4 audio settings (usually aac) and set it to one of the included libraries (usually either libaac or libmpeg) - I favor libaac.
