using win7 and windows media player ver12..
installed k lite media mega codec pack..
duno why when playing .mp4 video with x264 codecs, the subtitles cannot be loaded into windows media player 12.. but only in media player classic..
is there a way to load the subtitle to windows media player 12?

Use the Win7DSFilterTweaker tool to disable Media Foundation for .mp4 files.
You may also need to change the preferred H.264 decoder.
