I have A Hitachi Hybrid camcorder and several fine recorded pictures. I also am using windows Vista Home Premium, and Pinnacle Studio and Studio Plus. My interest is to load, edit ,and copy from 3 1/2 diskette to regular size D VD's. but cannot load my Pinnacle programs. When I try I end up with a gray image with about 300 % enlarged image and very ,foggy and unclear. I have no problems viewing my recordings on the camcorder or on TV through the camcorder.

2nd. Problem. I have trouble trying to get through to Pinnacle Systems because they request my server IP , POP, and other information which I also don't know how to find it on my computer. I have never been successful in making regular D VD's with my small cassettes and I have many obviously due to a lack of knowledge and experience.

Can someone help me with This ??

It's more than 2 months time that you have posted the query and till today there is no resolution to it. As such I am not the concern person who can figure out your query. I can ask few of friends computer geek. I will pass on your query to them and I am pretty sure any one of them would have an absolution suggestion for the query. It will require around a week time for me to get back with the solution.
