Hallo,
when I click on a video on my harddrive, VLC player opens and plays the clip.

downloaded and installed the XP codecs tool.

I want the windows media player classic to open instead of VLC.
How do manage?
what do I have to configure?

Because windows media player classic is best. plays all the formats.

Thanks

Right-click on movie/clip file, choose Open With and Choose (Default) Program... then select Media Player Classic. Be sure you've checked the Always use the selected program to open this kind of file checkbox before clicking OK
