Hallo,
I already had the windowsmediaplayerclassic installed. I downloaded it from the internet.
I already knew, that this player plays almost all formats of videos.
Now I installed the XP Codec Pack.
Seemingly now I have the player 2 times.
C:\Programme\MPCHomecinema\mpc-hc.exe
C:\Programme\XPCodecPack\mpc\mpayerc.exe
Shall I uninstall the Homecinema? Or keep both?
Second question:
What is the advantige of having installed XPCodecPack?
By having that the windowsmediaplayer classic can play even more different codecs?
The other players on my HD dont? WMP, VLC, Irfanview ?
Only wmplclassic uses XP Codec Pack?
Should I make the wmplclassic the default player?
What is the benefit of XP Codec Pack?
Thanks

It doesn't matter what player you are using as long as you are able to play your files.
