WinAVI Trouble

Hi, ive been using WinAVI 6.3 to encode DivX files into VOB, but when I write them to disc and play them on a DVD player the picture jumps and every few sceonds. How can I put this rite? Is it because Ive encoded it to PAL? Just dont know...

Only after burning? Can you play the VOB on your comp. without problems? Then the reason could be the burning speed.. maybe.
And you mean you're converting to PAL (fps=25), from fps=23,976? Then it could be a problem with WinAVI i think
