Please tell me how to have srt subtitles integred in a mkv with the last k-lite mega pack codec and media player classic , tell me options of the install and/or options after the install.

I don't like really codec packs
but surely, you'll need to install Matroska Splitter, VSFilter and the appropriate Video (XviD, DivX, etc.) and Audio (mpeg layer-3, AC3, ...) decoders. You can check, what codecs are necessary to decode this MKV with AVIcodec.

Doesn't work snif anyone else know (avicodec doesnt even know mkv :-( )

Maybe Media Info can help you
Core Media Player and Zoom Player will play your MKV files and subtitles without problems. Sorry, i don't know how to do it in MPC... i'm SubEdit Player addicted!
