Ever heard of these audio codecs?

Ever heard of these audio codecs? Help!

I downloaded some videos from a japanese site, and it seems I dont have the audio codecs for them. Can render video fine, just no audio, of course. Guess they use codecs over there we dont cause I never heard of them. They are XA and PSSADPCM. Ive searched on the Net but no cigar. Any help?

Did you check the files with GSpot? Usually, it gives you more details about audio/video codecs/filters

Yes, but it doesnt recognize them.

Don't know what the appeal is of Japanese anime.

Anyway, likely uses these DirectShow decoders:

P.S. hopefully this is not pirated stuff since that is frowned upon on this forum.

Did I say it was anime?

Hehe, it is the opening video of two PSX games, Legend Of Mana and Tales Of Destiny.

Glad it worked out. Guess I shouldn't assume it's anime just because it's Japanese.

Mind if I ask how you found these codecs anyways? I searched long and hard on google and I had no luck. And what makes it more strange is that I found the address of that site strangely familiar, so I went back to the site I got the videos from and what do you know, the folder had the same name, "sswroom".
