I've started editing my home movies made with my Sony Handicam using VirtualDub. What format should I save my new viedos in? I'd like the best quality I can reasonably get away with (uncompressed files are too big.) I'm capturing the the movies with Sony Image MIxer 1.5 and saving the movies in Panasonic DV (dvsd) format which seems to be the best quality format that program saves in. Which format will give me the best quality without resulting in huge file sizes? Can anyone help?

Well, you like that format, then that's the best biggrin.gif
BTW it depends on your needs. Where you want to play it later (hardware performance, standalone player's compatibility, etc.) i think. rolleyes.gif biggrin.gif
